The main causes of the disease are bath, bile and phlegm. If we follow the following rules, the same defects will be removed from our body and no disease will take place in the body.
1. Never drink water as soon as you eat. It damages the digestive system. Stomach fire is needed in our body to digest food. Drinking water with food extinguishes this fire and does not touch the food. It causes 80 types of diseases. By following this rule, we can avoid 80 types of diseases.
2. It is a natural rule to drink water instead of swallowing it. If digested in this way, all stomach related diseases will be eradicated.
3. If you feel thirsty, don’t drink water from the fridge as soon as possible. It makes the body cold. Sometimes it can have a negative effect on health.
4. Drink at least 4 glasses of water after waking up. It cleans the intestines. When the stool is open, the stomach is cleansed and the body is lightened. Strengthening the digestive system helps in digestion of food and prevents various diseases.
Today every human being is suffering from various diseases due to non-observance of natural laws. People are falling into the swamp of disease due to the emergence of new diseases due to the use of unnecessary drugs. If the body is healthy, it will not get any disease.
