On the way back after breakfast, my stomach started hurting. The pickle we ate was stale for 3 days. In this way, every person is afflicted with the disease.
Corona virus has improved this. I think if we make it a habit to make our own food, we will not fall into the mire of disease. If yesterday people were dying due to various diseases, today that rate is decreasing.
If we look closely, the corona virus has won the mortality rate. Yesterday thousands of people died due to various reasons but today the death rate has come down.
We need to understand that negligence is the cause of disease. Now we have to eat the food in our kitchen. The food in our kitchen will not only improve our health but also our body’s ability to fight disease.
